What is a Holistic Health Counselor and a Biblical Health Coach?
As a Holistic Health Counselor, I provide specific nutrition and lifestyle recommendations to help you look and feel great and more confident in your body. You will be empowered to eat whole, nutritious foods, and you will see that this is exactly what will shift your insides to feeling GREAT on the outside. I'm also talking about achieving a super healthy mindset!
As a Biblical Health Coach, I will help empower you through the Biblical principles of God's Word for "wholeness" ~ which means nothing missing and nothing broken. The goal is to help you achieve truly "Natural Whole Health." That’s what we’re going to do. You are going to receive a level support that you have not had before. I will help you make a plan for the changes you want to make. In the process, I will help you become more gentle and positive with yourself. (Don’t worry, if you need a nudge, I’ll give you that too.)
My clients are able to make lasting lifestyle changes because we break things into small, manageable steps. Each of these steps relate to the bigger picture of what we’re trying to achieve. If you get stuck or don’t follow-through on a recommendation, I will gently support you (not put you down!). We will problem-solve and work through your challenges and barriers together.
What separates you from other alternative health care practitioners?
What separates my service from other businesses is that I look at the "whole" person, not just nutrition. I want to be sure my clients have a healthy mindset so they can achieve a healthy & victorious lifestyle! Because of this, my clients receive proven, and extremely specific step– by–step guidance on exactly what they need to do to achieve their ideal body weight, naturally control blood sugar, achieve clear skin and resolve digestive issues. As a result, those who coach with me get better results, and faster than they would on their own.
Who are your clients exactly?
My clients are busy professionals (male and female), as well as busy stay-at-home moms. They are tired of trying everything out there, and want real and lasting results.
Some of my clients work with me because they need something more than books, magazines, and friends for support. They've had trouble implementing changes they knew they should make. My clients mainly struggle with their weight, energy level, high blood sugar, acne and digestive issues. Many come to me with anxiety and are depressed. They just want to be happy with the way they look and feel. They want to feel confident when they walk outside. They want a completely different approach – without deprivation or hunger, or ever counting fat grams or calories ever again!
What type of personality do you work best with and what is expected of me?
The "Natural Whole Health" Coaching Program was created for people who are absolutely excited and really serious about making changes in their health, and want to end the frustration of not being able to really lose the weight; they want more energy, want to normalize their blood sugar, clear their skin and/or resolve digestive issues. They don't want to be frustrated or depressed any longer.
It was created for you to make dramatic changes in your health and lifestyle within ONE year, and more specifically, within 6 months, and perhaps even 3 months or even sooner, which will eventually lead you to feel the happiest you’ve ever felt in your body!
Being a high achieving go-getter myself, I’m known to work best with other high-achieving go-getters who are super-ready to get going and just want to know exactly what steps to take to get results.
Consider what you’ll do with me to be an action learning course. You will be expected to take serious and consistent action. No excuses anymore ~ those days are over. It will just be a different way of thinking and getting full support while you are achieving your incredibly exciting goals: quick and healthy weight loss, lots more energy, normalize blood sugar, lower cholesterol naturally, achieve clear and radiant skin, and resolve digestive issues.
For what type of person is this program NOT going to work?
Please know that I am very selective in who I work with, and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people aren’t suited for this program and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)
The Natural Whole Health System will not work for someone who makes excuses as to why they can’t do the program or follow the simple system. My system does not include calorie counting or counting fat grams of protein, fat, and carbohydrates. It is very simple. You are given simple, yet specific recommendations and if you follow the system, you cannot help but get great results.
This program is also not appropriate for people who need their nutritional needs assessed for a certain health condition or disease, or for people with serious medical conditions. I do, however, work with individuals with Diabetes and other health related concerns strictly on a nutritional and lifestyle coaching (with great results, I might add!)
I choose not to work with people who aren’t willing and ready to invest in themselves with time, making changes, and financially.
What exactly is the the Natural Whole Health System™ and what does it include?
The Natural Whole Health System™ is the system I developed and use with each of my clients to help them achieve optimal health through nutrition and lifestyle guidance. I have YOU in mind with this system.
The Natural Whole Health System™ is effective, but it's not about a quick fix. It's is meant to last throughout your lifetime. What you'll experience when you achieve each of these steps, over several months, or just a few months, or even in 6 short weeks is nothing short of astounding. Expect to feel increased energy, more balance within your body, and an overwhelming feeling of enjoying life more. When you follow my simple recommendations, you will actually have a sense of overall wellbeing and much more energy within just days of starting the program.
Here are the 7 Simple Steps of the Natural Whole Health System:
1. Choose Natural Whole Foods (Living Foods) vs. Dead Foods
This means choosing good, whole food quality nutrition. You are going to be totally empowered to eat living foods that give life vs. eating dead foods that only sustain life, but do nothing to promote health. You will have a clear understanding for the rest of your life as to the differences and how your choices will make all the difference in your health, as well as the health of those you love.
2. Change HOW you Eat
How you eat is just as important as what you eat. We are going to take a look at how you are eating now, and what you can do to make sure your digestive system is fully functioning when you eat. This will result in improved digestion overall, and you will learn to incorporate portion control.
3. Incorporate Whole Food Nutritional Supplements
Here we will discuss the importance of whole food nutritional supplements in your daily life. If you are already take supplements, we will go over that, and two special ingredients that a multi-vitamin should contain, especially if you have high blood sugar. It has become necessary to supplement since we are unable to get all of the nutrients from our food as our ancestors once did. If you are on medications, we may not be able to incorporate supplements at this time. We may need to wait until your health improves.
4. Implement an Exercise Routine That Works For You
Here we will be implementing an exercise routine that you will enjoy. Not something that’s going to be dreadful and that you hate. Even if you are not a lover of exercise naturally, (I wasn’t either ~ I promise you), we are going to implement an exercise routine that will be good for you, you will enjoy, and help you towards achieving your goals.
5. Rid Yourself of Toxins & Stay Cleansed
Most people do not even realize how important this is. I say it is a "Key to Life." You will learn how to rid yourself of toxins gently and naturally so that your body can assimilate nutrients and get rid of waste properly. The result of this will be improved liver function, natural weight loss, clearer skin, increased energy and better mental clarity just to name a few.
6. Get Rid of Excess Stress (For Women – This Includes Pampering Yourself with Guilt-Free Extreme Self-Care)
Here you will be implementing specific anti-stress recommendations. Most of us already know the causes of stress, so we do not need to go there. You will be given specific recommendations to relieve stress and for stress prevention. There are several ways to do this, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

We are going to cover this as well, because when you change the way you think, you will change the way you live. It’s that simple. What are your coaching programs and your fees?
There are several options to choose from, depending on your individual needs, how much time you'd like to spend directly with me, as well as your budget. The different fee options will be discussed at the time of your "Get Acquainted" session with me.
6 Month "Total Support" Coaching ~ (Two 50-minute calls per month) ~ for you if you have tried EVERYTHING out there, and are tired of not achieving the lasting results you want. Usually those in this program desire to lose 35 pounds or more. You will also receive unlimited access to me via telephone as well as email support, as well as optional weekly check-ins in this program only.
3 Month "Accelerated" Coaching ~ (Two 50-minute calls per month) ~ for you if you don't need as much hand-holding, and are ready and committed to achieve your goals over a 3 month period. Usually those in this program desire to lose 30 pounds or less.
1 Month "Targeted" Coaching ~ (Two 50-minute calls in one month) ~ for those of you who only need specific help in one area, such as nutrition. We will only be able to cover one area in the one month program. Those in this program are generally in good shape, but just need a bit of tweaking in their nutritional needs.
Maintenance "On the Spot" Coaching ~ (One 30-minute call "as needed" after you have completed any of the coaching programs above).
New! 6-Week "Rapid Results Series" ~ (One 60-minute call followed by Five 30-minute calls for a period of 6 weeks) ~ for you if you are highly motivated, ready, and want to experience changes very quickly. You may have attempted to achieve your goals, but have not had the guidance and support you have needed to stay on track.
Note: The 6-Week Rapid Results Series is new and has been an absolute success! I have had clients who have lost up to 18 pounds in 3 weeks, and up to 32 pounds in just six weeks in this program!
New! VIP Consulting Day In Person with Lisa ~ (5 hours of coaching with me in one day, plus one 30-minute follow up phone call two weeks later). This is for you if you are highly motivated and ready to take the simple information and implement on your own. In this 5 hours together, I will take you through your steps for success. This will also include lunch (my treat!), a health food store tour, as well as a supermarket tour (and some goodies to take with you when you leave!) You will love being treated like the VIP that you are!

How quickly can I expect results?
That obviously depends on your specific situation and the effort you put into following the specific recommendations of the Natural Whole Health System. Most of my clients start to see changes after just one session. Changes usually include more energy, changes in weight, and reduced cravings.

Do you only work with local clients?
No. I have clients worldwide. All of my coaching is done by phone, with the exception of the VIP Consulting Day, so distance is never an issue anywhere in the continental United States, and internationally. I have found that coaching by phone is extremely effective and I have developed incredible relationships with clients I have never met face-to-face. You can be assured of fantastic results by phone!
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, in fact, only credit cards. (We don't do the "check's in the mail" thing anymore). You have the option to pay via credit card or via Paypal. We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and Paypal. It’s fast and simple. Paypal is a 100% secured site designed specifically for this type of transaction.
